Ian maintains a friendly and welcoming environment to create a positive customer experience being on call 7 days a week he oversees the security of the facility, including surveillance systems and access control. Regularly inspecting and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the storage units and assisting customers to keep their belongings safe and secure.
